In fact, they're worse in some areas.

You know what I love about rabid anime haters? They complain about weaboos and then turn around and act like cartoons and their fans are oh so perfect. Yeah.....no. Have you SEEN how some cartoonaboos act? Most of them are grown ass adults who will whine about cartoons. Look at the TTG hatedom, for example. I don't mind people who hate TTG but I hate it when they take it to the extreme to the point of finding TTG related stuff just to post hate comments. And its not just TTG, most other hatedoms do this too. They also take cartoons wayyyy to seriously. I've seen this one popular internet reviewer famous for whining about cartoons who got depressed to 2 day JUST because he saw an MLP episode he didn't like. Yep, apparently, a harmless cartoon can send people into depression  

Don't get me wrong: weaboos suck. But at least they are worrying about something that's meant for their age. What's worse: whining about a legitimately bad anime or whining about a cartoon intended for children?
